Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds:

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us safely.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 3-4 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions:

Certain products may not be eligible for returns or refunds due to health and safety reasons, such as perishable goods or personalized items.
